Biosphere in partnership with Tabletochki supported hundreds of families in the fight against cancer

Over a year and a half of cooperation with the Tabletochki charity foundation, Biosphere Corporation has provided non-medical assistance worth over UAH 2 million. The company continues to actively support the foundation’s initiatives.

Biosphere’s assistance is aimed at creating a comfortable environment in hospitals where children with cancer are treated, as well as at providing psycho-emotional support to patients and their families.

During the cooperation:

  • As part of the project “Smile with Tabletochki: Taking Care of the Bravest” project, 400 children and their families received psychological and emotional support;
  • The Smile with Tabletochki project covered 9 hospitals in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, and Volyn regions;
  • In total, in partnership with the Foundation, Biosphere Corporation’s assistance provided comfort to more than 520 people, including sick children, their parents and medical staff;
  • More than 300 families became participants of the “Care Package” initiative;
  • In 2024, the total value of the donated non-medical aid, which included products of the Freken BOK, Pro Service and other brands, exceeded UAH 2 million.

In December, Biosphere also supported the organization of the annual Christmas party by the Tabletochki Foundation for children from the Okhmatdyt hospital. The kids were visited by their favorite characters, including Barbie, the Grinch, the Elf, and Brawl Stars. They created a fairy-tale atmosphere full of joy and magic, and the event culminated in the presentation of gifts from Santa.

At the end of 2023, Biosphere and Tabletochki, Ukraine’s largest pediatric oncology foundation, launched a joint project, “Smile with Tabletochki: Taking Care of the Bravest”. The project combines several initiatives. “Care Package” is a set of pleasant and useful things that young patients receive in the first months of treatment. “Beads of Courage” are emotionally supportive award beads that children receive for each stage they have passed in the fight against a complex disease. The goal is to help children cope with the stress of long and complicated treatment. The annual “Holidays for the Brave” initiative brings joy to young patients in oncology wards.
